Hearth & Home began with a single pot of wax on a kitchen stove and a simple idea: a candle should make a room feel like somewhere you want to stay. At first I only made them for family, small gifts poured at home for the people I loved most.
How it became a business
When my husband unexpectedly passed away, it became a reason to get out of bed, an anchor in the storm, a purpose in the pain. Every batch I pour carries a piece of him, his light and his legacy, with it.
That's why every box we send out carries a simple reminder: you are seen, you are loved, keep going.
What goes into every candle
We use clean-burning wax, cotton wicks, and fragrance blends we test until they feel right, not just strong. No shortcuts, no overpowering scents, just warm, honest fragrance that fills a room without taking it over. Everything is still poured by hand in small batches.
Why we do it
Home is the place you exhale. Our candles are made to mark those moments, the slow morning, the long dinner, the quiet hour after everyone's gone to bed. If one of ours becomes part of your routine, we've done our job.
